Our compound turbo system was designed to deal with the frustrating problems we have all experienced with mounting and changing turbos. The modular design means a super fast assembly time, modular compatibility, and improved performance.
Implementation and Features
- Simplify builds - Fits in a 26 ½” wide hood and height is adjustable. CTS provides mounting and connection between turbos.
- Accommodates exhaust and intake on either side of the engine. Builder only has to connect CTS to the engine - we can provide engine connection plumbing as well. We only need location information
- Universal - use any combination of brand or size turbos. This allows customers to easily change turbo combinations. Turbo specific fittings may be required.
- Accommodates either valve or butterfly type wastegates.
- Gun-drilled internal supply oil passage simplifies oil distribution.
- Stainless steel oil lines - CNC bent for cleaner installation and perfect fit.
- Integrated expansion joints and bellows to protect pipes, turbo housings as well as intake and exhaust manifolds from stress.
- Durable - turbos properly mounted to withstand drop shock, and the weakest element in the boost system is the Wiggins type couplers and they are rated to 250 psi of boost
- Safety - latest SFI restraint system integrated
Performance
- Lightest and most compact turbo system on the market.
- Best airflow and performance - connections to and between turbos were designed using our airflow expertise (which includes Computation Fluid Design). Benefit realized by customers will be cooler air with less exhaust pressure - either will lead to big performance gain.
- Design provides separation of hot and cold areas, which reduces undesirable heating of intake air.

- Modular - can install or remove the entire system using a single lifting point. The entire turbo system can be removed from the tractor in less than 10 minutes.
